Prof. Gila Kahila Bar-Gal, C.W.F.S. is the Director of  National  Natural History Collections and Head of Laboratory of Molecular Evolution at the Koret School of Veterinary Medicine that is part of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
